Mediation Services Mediation is a process in which an un-biased mediator acts to encourage and facilitate the resolution of a dispute through settlement negotiations between the involved parties. Mr. Goozée can provide mediation services at his office in Birmingham, and is willing to travel to other cities in Alabama to conduct those services.
