Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), which includes the process of mediation has become a very popular method of bringing a civil case to an amicable resolution either pre-litigation, during litigation, or even when an appeal is pending. Mediation is a process in which an un-biased mediator acts to encourage and facilitate the resolution of a dispute through settlement negotiations between the involved parties.
Mr. Goozée has been mediating cases since 2007 and is registered as a mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution and is also listed as an Alabama Appellate Mediator. As such, Mr. Goozée is available to provide mediation services throughout the state in the areas of: Auto Accidents, Civil Litigation, Contracts, Employment/EEOC/Workers’ Compensation/Wrongful Termination, Fraud, Personal Injury/Wrongful Death, Products Liability, and Sexual Harassment.
Mr Goozée can provide mediation services at his office in Birmingham and is willing to travel to other cities in Alabama to conduct those services.
